About Us
At Cell Systems Logic LLC, we provide strategic and technical computational systems biology R&D services. We develop and deploy advanced systems biology techniques to enhance our understanding of cellular function and support optimal model and data-driven decision making in strain and process development. We provide consulting services to small and large commercial clients in industrial biotech and biopharmaceuticals, as well as collaborate with academic and governmental partners.
With over 7 years of industrial experience as the Head of Systems Biology at Ginkgo Bioworks, I have led a talented team in successfully executing over 100 diverse strain engineering programs in collaboration with partners across various industries. To support these applied programs, we developed data analysis and modeling (mechanistic and data-driven) workflows, led cross-functional initiatives to enhance data strategy and infrastructure, and collaborated with national labs and academics to advance novel modeling capabilities and build new knowledge via deep multi-omics characterization of new strains. Prior to Ginkgo I earned my PhD in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Delaware where I was recognized as a world expert in 13C Metabolic Flux Analysis.
